SUBSTANCE: method of artificial circulatory support comprises a tight fixation on the chest of the master element, made in the form of a hollow cuff filled with working fluid. The pulsating pressure of the working fluid is formed in the process of natural breathing due to the change in the volume of the chest, and with the help of the actuating element located on the body, the periodically changing pressure of the working fluid is transformed into pressure pulses of the blood stream regulated by changing the respiratory rate and chest volume during intensification or reduction of the person's load. The device for carrying out the method comprises a master and an actuating elements, connected to the blood circulatory system of a person and converting the pulsation of the working fluid into a pulsation of the blood stream. The master element is the source of the pulsating pressure of the working fluid, it is located on the human body and is made in the form of a hollow cuff tightly fixed around the chest, provided with a branch pipe with a valve for filling with the working fluid and a branch pipe for connecting the connecting hose. The actuating element is made in the form of a closed cylindrical housing filled with a buffer liquid, inside which two bellows of different diametres are placed. A bellows of larger diametre is filled with working fluid, and a bellows of smaller diametre - with blood, the end part of the cylindrical housing with a bellows base of a larger diametre has a branch pipe for connection through the connecting hose with the cuff, and the end part of the housing with a bellows base of smaller diametre has two branch pipes with check valves, one of which is connected to the artery by an outgoing hose, and the other one is connected to the vein by an incoming hose.

EFFECT: increased period of continuous reliable operation.
