SUBSTANCE: nonwoven material (10) includes first region (11) and second region (12) formed in the thickness direction (T); and the constituent fibers included in first region (11) have a hydrophilicity that differs from the hydrophilicity of the constituent fibers included in second region (12), at passing 90 g of artificial urine at a rate of 5.0 g/second through a nonwoven material that is not under pressure. First region (11) is the region including the surface of nonwoven material (10). Second region (12) is the region adjacent to first region (11). Contact angle of the constituent fiber of first region (11) is greater than the contact angle of the constituent fiber of second region (12).
