FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unit (1) comprising sealing-diffusion seal (2) with a diffusion orifice, intended for resilient pressing in circumferential direction to neck (5) of bottle (3) and for sealing the upper part of neck (7) of the bottle. Assembly also comprises first part (4), forming a manual grip, structurally integrated with seal-diffusion seal (2) and comprising a hand grip means (6) of the bottle and a first attachment means (8). Assembly also comprises second part (12) forming a manual grip and equipped with an attachment device suitable for insertion with an attachment to the first attachment means (8) and a second hand grip means (16) attached to the second attachment means (12).
EFFECT: unit provides the possibility of jet discharge of the carbonated liquid to be extracted with the selected size, duration and distance by the user, shaking the first and/or second (6 and 16) gripping means, which are inserted one into the other.
