SUBSTANCE: discharge device comprises the first orifice to distribute substance contained in vessel, the second orifice adapted to vent vessel or to discharge gas from vessel, closing means adapted to communicate or disconnect the first orifice and the vessel or the second orifice and the vessel. Closing means is formed so that during closing means activation to connect the first orifice with the vessel the second orifice is first communicated with the vessel and then the first orifice is connected with the vessel. When the first orifice and the vessel are connected with each other the second orifice is disconnected from the vessel.
EFFECT: increased operational simplicity, prevention of accidental discharge device opening.
