SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, in which a cosmetically acceptable medium contains: A) water continuous phase; B) an oil phase dispersed in said aqueous phase and containing at least one hydrocarbon oil; C) at least one mixture formed by: i) at least one non-ionic surfactant selected from fatty alcohols containing from 8 to 30 carbon atoms; ii) at least two oxyethylated and/or oxypropylated fatty alcohols C8-30; D) at least one wax with a melting point higher than 45 °C, which contains one or more ester compounds C40-C70 in amount of 1 to 10 wt. % with respect to total weight of composition and does not contain ester compounds C20-C39; E) at least one water-soluble polysaccharide selected from modified and unmodified starches; wherein said composition has viscosity at 25 °C, defined by Rheomat RM 180 viscosimeter at room temperature and rotation speed of 200 s-1 with spindle 3 or with spindle 4 after 10 minutes, in range of 1200 to 8000 mPa.s.
