FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: electric motor includes housing, rotor assembly containing magnet, bearing unit, impeller and shaft, and stator assembly containing stator core and coil. Housing comprises an inner wall and an outer wall which surrounds the inner wall, forming an annular channel between the inner wall and the outer wall, and diffuser blades extending from the inner wall to the outer wall through said annular channel. Inner wall forms a channel serving as a support for the rotor assembly, and the outer wall forms a substantially cylindrical outer housing of the engine. Diffuser blades have tail portions protruding in axial direction beyond the boundaries of the inner wall to the outer wall.
