FIELD: processing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for processing household and other combustible waste and can be used for incineration of waste produced by public, catering enterprises, passengers and crews of vehicles, trade organizations and many manufacturing enterprises of various industries. Assembly comprises a hopper with charging device, a rotary kiln, an afterburning chamber with an injection of an alkaline solution built into its nozzle, a waste heat boiler, heat exchanger, heat recovery unit, bag filter, inertia-vortex dust collector, section catalytic converter, adsorption-carbon filter, fuel supply systems, compressed air, chemicals and water and chimney. In the installation, air supply system to rotary kiln is transformed into air-oxygen mixture supply system, and high-temperature catalytic unit is placed between afterburning chamber and waste-heat boiler, consisting of staggered tubular ceramic elements with 3D and 4D transition metals impregnated in them.

EFFECT: ensuring effective flue gas cleaning from organic and inorganic hazards and dust.
