FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in satellite signal receivers with GMSK modulation. In the phase and clock synchronization method, based on the use of the first-order phase-locked loop system, consisting of calculating a phase error equal to four-fold phase estimate, unfolding the phase error, multiplying the phase error by the scaling coefficient, obtaining the monoharmonic complex signal with the phase feedback signal from the feedback generator, which is equal to the value of the integrated value of the unfolded and scaled phase, multiplication of input signal with signal from feedback generator output, according to invention after multiplication performing resultant signal squaring, frequency of the received signal is transferred by half the frequency of the symbols upwards to form a first component and similarly carried down to form a second component, filtered with a low-pass filter and multiplied by both components to obtain a signal containing four-fold evaluation of phase, reduced frequency of the received signal in 4 times, its complex conjugation and multiplication with resultant signal to obtain a signal with zero frequency and phase shift.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the order of astatism of a feedback system, which increases stability of the system compared to a third-order PLL.
