FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to nondestructive testing and can be used for evaluation of damages by means of elastic vibrations. Device comprises a vibrator connected to the electric signal generator and an oscillation amplitude sensor in the form of a displacement sensor connected to the measuring amplifier with probes. Controlled structures are installed in rotary supports by means of replaceable heads of collet clamps. As a mechanism for fixing local zones of the structure, a universal machine is used for winding frames of electrical measuring instruments with controlled speed, pitch and coordinates of winding edges, as well as tension and diameter of the wound wire. Machine rotary supports are converted to fastening of wide range of controlled long products of any cross-section shape and various nomenclature.
EFFECT: high accuracy of monitoring and resolution, as well as adjustment capabilities.
