FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of remote radiation therapy, namely proton radiation therapy. Compact single-pillar complex of proton beam therapy includes proton accelerator, system for formation of dose field and positioner deck, wherein the proton accelerator is a proton synchrotron, which is fixed on the common frame together with the rotary magnet, intended for transfer of proton beam from ejection plane into vertical plane, directed to rotation pole on patient lying on positioner, and frame rotation is carried out on ±185° around the axis in the median plane of the accelerator and the rotary magnet, parallel to the horizontal plane of the positioner deck.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to minimize radiation on the patient and personnel.
