FIELD: medical devices. SUBSTANCE: device has injector of particles, accelerator of charged particles with multiple sections and high-frequency power supply of accelerating sections at multiple frequencies, so that low-power and high-power accelerating windings are located in parallel. In addition device has high- frequency power supply for accelerating sections, ray transmission unit, ray rotation unit, system for scanning input ray and system for synchronization and phase-locking of frequencies of high-frequency power supplies of accelerator. Accelerator is designed as single functional unit in frame which is equipped with rotation shafts. Rotation shafts are mounted in rotation bearings. Accelerating sections consist of accelerating units which are mounted using linear accelerating structures. Another claim of invention discloses device design in which single functional unit is mounted in cylinder, which is mounted on guides in external ring, which is mounted in structure body, thus providing rotation bearing.
