SUBSTANCE: radiation acceleration complex for neutron-beam therapy includes two racks, L-shaped mobile one and fixed one. A possibility of a smooth adjustment of the electron beam energy inherent in ring accelerators made it possible to smoothly adjust the energy of a hydrogen ion beam bombarding targets, enabling the use of targets of various types to generate neutrons with a wide energy spectrum.

EFFECT: radiation acceleration complex for neutron-beam therapy provides an opportunity to use both BNCT therapy and neutron-collision radiotherapy methods, with a possibility of multipolar rotational irradiation of the patient by rotating the irradiating mobile L-shaped rack around the therapeutic table with the lying patient.
