FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a positive electrode, to a storage battery with non-aqueous electrolyte and to a method of manufacturing a positive electrode. According to the invention, the positive electrode includes at least current collector (110) of the positive electrode, conductive material (12) and active material (10) of the positive electrode. Active material (10) of the positive electrode is located on the surface of current collector (110) of the positive electrode. Current collector (110) of positive electrode includes aluminum foil (111) and film (112) of hydrate of aluminum oxide. Film (112) of aluminum oxide hydrate covers surface of aluminum foil. Aluminum oxide hydrate film (112) has thickness of not less than 10 nm and not greater than 500 nm. Aluminum hydrate film (112) has porosity of not less than 10 % and not more than 50 %. At least part of conducting material (12) is located in pores in film (112) of aluminum oxide hydrate.

EFFECT: reduced generation of heat occurring at short-circuit, and additional provision of a certain level of output power.
