FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and concerns a production line for production of ferroalloys, ligatures and refractory materials. Process line comprises charge preparation section arranged after storage of raw material, equipped with interconnected systems for preparation of charge mixtures with their simultaneous drying and charging crucibles for synthesis, and a section for crushing, grinding and fractionating finished products, arranged after the section of mechanical cutting of crucibles with spices, and the synthesis section contains SHS reactors, equipped with ignition devices and connected to nitrogen supply and cooling systems, to the evacuation system and the gas supply system with various process gases depending on the type of the obtained product.

EFFECT: invention enables to create a universal process line which enables to obtain a wide range of composite ferroalloys, ligatures and oxygen-free refractory materials for ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy on an industrial scale.
