FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns preparing biocement for filling bone defects. For this purpose, cement solution is obtained by mixing powder of tricalcium phosphate and calcium sulphate with water solution of magnesium dihydroorthophosphate 4-aqueous - solution of 50–66 % of Mg(H2PO4)2⋅4H2O in water, in following ratio of components, wt. %: powder mixture: tricalcium phosphate - 60–90 %; semi-aqueous calcium sulphate - 10–40 %; ratio of aqueous solution of magnesium dihydroorthophosphate 4-aqueous/powder mixture - 0.4–0.6 ml/g, mixing is carried out for 0.5–2 minutes until homogeneous cement solution is obtained, then the obtained cement mortar is set to form a cement stone consisting of crystalline phases - dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, calcium sulphate of dihydrate and amorphous calcium phosphate.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain high-strength cement material, setting time of 4–8 minutes, strength of not less than 55 MPa, containing the main phases of DCPD and CSD, as well as amorphous phase of calcium phosphate.
