SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for charging low-voltage accumulators from high-voltage battery in electric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, etc. Power conversion device which converts power supplied through first power feed bus (93) and second power feed bus (94) includes: inductive element (L1) connected to first power feed bus (93); power module (3) which converts power supplied between first power feed bus (93) and second power feed bus (94) by switching. Power conversion device additionally includes: casing (1), which contains inductive element (L1) and power module (3); first impedance element (11) provided between inductive element (L1) and casing (1).
EFFECT: reduced noise when switching element is switched on and off.
