SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment. Power conversion device is proposed that includes: power module (12) provided between first electric power supply line (10) that supplies a positive power source, and second electric power feeding line (11) which supplies a source of negative power; first capacitor (13a) with one end connected to first electric power feeding line (10); second capacitor (13b) with one end connected to second electric power feeding line (11); grounding element (13c) connected between the opposite end of first capacitor (13a) and the opposite end of second capacitor (13b); and conductive element (14) diluted along at least one of first electric power supply bus (10) and second electric power supply bus (11) and connecting grounding element (13c) and ground potential.

EFFECT: power conversion device is proposed.
