SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of anti-corrosive materials and can be used in lacquer-painting composite materials for protecting metal structures. Vegetable wastes are rice husk and straw, and (or) cotton husks, and (or) sunflower husks, and (or) wheat fiber. In the first version, the chemical modifiers used at the first step are anhydrous ammonium carbonate, anhydrous ammonium oxalate, anhydrous carbamide, anhydrous rutile, and at second step - anhydrous oxalic acid, anhydrous ethylenediaminotetraacetic acid. In the second version, on the contrary. Product is classified and magnetic impurities are removed.

EFFECT: higher anticorrosion efficiency with simplification of end product manufacturing technology and expansion of raw material base.
