SUBSTANCE: use: for parametric generation of ultrasound. Summary of invention consists in the fact that electroacoustic transducer for parametric generation of ultrasound comprises two electric oscillation generators, outputs of which through a linear adder, pulse modulator controlled by pulse generator, power amplifier and rejection filter are connected to input of first piezoelectric transducer, which emitting aperture of which is section of convex spherical surface, wherein second piezoelectric transducer with a concave spherical aperture is connected thereto, connected to the output of the rejection filter, and a cylindrical load-carrying structure integrating the first and second piezoelectric transducers, wherein, for both piezoelectric transducers, diameter D of apertures, average wavelength λ for range of emitted pumping signals, radiuses of curvature R₀, focal distances F₀, radii focal spots r₀ are selected to be identical and are related by relationship r₀×R₀ = 0.61×λ×F₀, and first piezoelectric transducer is made with through axial hole of radius r = (2÷3)×r₀ in the central part of the convex spherical surface of the aperture.

EFFECT: technical result is increasing amplitude of sound pressure of polyharmonic signal component of resultant ultrasonic calibration field in hydroacoustic pool.
