SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of wiring an unmanned seaplane flight in water area of flight basin. Method consists in the fact that within the flight basin the position of the landing strip is determined, marking is made on its edges by means of a hovercraft in a certain way, orienting the hovercraft in a certain manner, placing glide path and heading radio beacons on board the hovercraft, installing an eight-pointed cross at the bottom of the water area along the axes of the four radial runways in a certain way, hovercraft is used to receive semi-spherical receiving-emitting antenna devices, they are connected by cable with equipment of coastal hydro-acoustic service of hydro-aerodrome, underwater monitoring is carried out, quantitated by direction and by spectral composition of ultrasonic echoing of objects of neutral buoyancy in water volume of airstrip, passive observation of long-range underwater situation in the offshore zone adjoining the water area of the hydro-aerodrome is carried out based on the status of water masses based on remotely received information on the underwater environment on the water area, based on the analysis results, a decision is made regarding takeoff and landing actions, it is transmitted via a radio channel to the crew of the hovercraft performing the actions described above, and to the crew of the seaplane preparing for landing and landing operations, forming a network structure of omnidirectional in the upper hemisphere hydroacoustic bottom beacons using multifrequency transceiving antenna devices, forming an additional hydroacoustic channel for navigation of surface waterborne craft, and controlled navigation actions of unmanned seaplane using multifrequency short-axis navigation system.

EFFECT: higher safety of take-off and landing actions when unmanned seaplane is wiring in water area of hydro-aerodrome flight basin.
