FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to engine building. Heat carrier circulation control system in liquid cooling system includes liquid pump installed in heat exchange channels of the engine with drive from electric motor and radiator with fan, which is connected to liquid channels through temperature regulator, wherein the liquid pump is connected to the electric motor by belt transmission, the system additionally contains an electronic unit for controlling the rotor speed of the electric motor, by means of electrical connections connected to one side with the electric motor, and on the other side with a temperature sensor located at the joint of the unit and the head at the furthest from the liquid pump in the heat carrier circulation direction cylinder, additionally a pulley is installed on the shaft of the liquid pump on the bearing, which is connected by belt transmission to the pulley of the crankshaft, at that pulleys placed on the shaft of the liquid pump are equipped with coaxial threaded holes for their connection by means of bolts.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced warm-up time and higher efficiency of the internal combustion engine due to accurate and prompt response of the heat carrier circulation control system to temperature change in the most heat-loaded zones, as well as to higher reliability of the liquid pump drive redundancy.
