SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for preparing the tablet. Method of preparing the tablet involves milling at least 50 % v/v, active ingredient, in terms of total amount of active ingredients, to particles with diameter of 10 mcm or less, wherein the active ingredient is potassium fimasartan trihydrate; mixing the particles of ground active ingredient with a pharmaceutically acceptable additive to produce a mixture and forming a tablet from the mixture. Method of preparing the tablet involves milling at least 90 % v/v of active ingredient, in terms of total amount of active ingredients, to particles which are characterized by diameter of 25 mcm or less, wherein the active ingredient is potassium fimasartan trihydrate; mixing the particles of ground active ingredient with a pharmaceutically acceptable additive to produce a mixture and forming a tablet from the mixture. Tablet contains potassium fimasartan trihydrate as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable additive, where 50 % v/v, active ingredient in terms of total amount of active ingredients is particles with diameter of 10 mcm or less. Tablet contains potassium fimasartan trihydrate as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable additive, where 90 % v/v active ingredient in terms of total amount of active ingredient is particles with diameter of 25 mcm or less.
EFFECT: disclosed method for preparing the tablet improves compressibility, hardness of tablet, ensures homogeneity of tablets.
