FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a robot portal for laser cutting and welding of cylindrical pipe workpieces. Portal comprises vertical and horizontal support elements, laser head and cylindrical tube billet transfer device. On horizontal support element there are devices for moving laser head in horizontal and vertical planes and device for inclination of laser head in vertical plane perpendicular to direction of cutting or welding. Device of inclination is made with possibility of inclination of laser head in vertical plane perpendicular to direction of cutting or welding.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of welded seam or cut at laser welding and cutting of cylindrical pipe workpieces.
