FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for laser-arc welding of a formulated pipe stock joint. First electric arc torch is fixed to the supporting structure in front of the laser head at a distance, in which, in the welding process, the distance between the center of the focused spot of the laser beam and the point of arc contact of mentioned first torch is 10–15 mm. Means for flux feed and the second electric arc torch are sequentially fixed to the support structure after the laser head, which is fixed obliquely in the direction of movement of the welded edges with the possibility of providing an angle of 20–25° between forming laser beam and the normal to the surface of the welded workpiece with the possibility of providing a distance of 50–70 mm between the center of the focused on the welded edges of the laser beam spot and the point of arc contact of the second torch. First electric arc torch is inclined in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the welded edges, at an angle of 30–35° relative to the normal to the surface of the welding workpiece. Fence is made of vertical plates rigidly connected in the form of a rectangular box without a bottom, having a width of 40 mm to 100 mm and a height of 200 mm, on the supporting structure with the possibility of sliding over the surface of the welded pipe stock joint during the welding process. Electrode of the second electric arc torch is located inside the fence. Means for flux feed is in the form of a funnel and a discharge tube connected to the outlet of the conical part of the funnel with the possibility of directing its lower end into the fence at an angle to the wall separating the laser beam from the flux and at a distance of 80 mm from the lower boundary of mentioned wall.
EFFECT: technical result consists in optimizing the microstructure of the welded joints, reducing welding defects such as through holes, crater pipes, blind pipes and slag inclusions, improving the degassing of the weld pool, which minimizes or eliminates the risk of formation of such defects as crystallization cracks and blind pipes.
