SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Communication system includes communication device (1) and communication device (2) configured to control a plurality of sessions established between the first and second communication devices by using a plurality of virtual machines (VM), wherein a plurality of sessions includes a user plane (U-plane) session and a control plane session (C-plane), wherein the second communication device notifies by using the determination that the U-plane session, which is controlled between the first communication device and the first VM from the plurality of VMs, shall be controlled in second VM from number of VM different from first VM as initiator, first communication device on identification information used in second VM by means of C-plane session, and updates session of U-plane.

EFFECT: technical result is providing a communication system capable of preventing occurrence of a series of control signals which can occur in a mobile communication system when a virtual machine (VM) is removed in a node device without service suspension.
