For this UE comprises: eNB or control radio device 2G/3G access support means; tracking area updating procedure or routing area updating procedure initiation device when changing MME (mobility control object) or SGSN (GPRS serving support node), and eNB or 2G/3G paging receiving means, in which paging message is transmitted based on notification messages on downlink communication line data (DDN) of new MME or new SGSN after said changing, if tracking area updating procedure or zone routing area updating procedure is executed, when previous MME or previous SGSN before said change receives DDN message for UE from serving gateway (SGW), which receives incoming packet for UE.

EFFECT: technical result is reliable reception of incoming packet call, executed while UE is moving.
