FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: network segmentators receive messages with a request for creation and select network segments based on policies, indicate to the following transit router that it has smaller cost of routing for reception of messages, and check received messages to identify messages with the request for creation, indicate to DNS server that it has a higher priority than other network elements, and receive messages with the request for creation based on a higher priority. New messages with the request for creation are sent to selected network segments based on received messages with the request for creation. A network creates and sends suitable response messages to the request for creation to establish future connection to the selected network segment.

EFFECT: provision to wireless network operators of a possibility of segmentation of a base network.
