TEXTILE NONWOVEN MULTILAYER ELECTRO-SPINNING MATERIAL WITH INCREASED WEAR RESISTANCE AND RESISTANCE TO DETERGENTS AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61L15/18 B82B1/00 A61F13/02

Abstract RU 2693832 C1

FIELD: nonwoven materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to nonwoven materials based on ultra-thin polymer fibers. Textile multilayer non-woven material is produced by electrospinning by layer-by-layer application on a single base of electric-spinning fibers from spinning solutions in several modules, which is characterized by that multilayer membrane consists of layers with gradient increase of fiber diameters by membrane thickness from inner layer to outer one on average from 1.3 to 3 times, and pores (interfibre channels) penetrating the entire membrane through the thickness, have a "funnel-shaped" form with gradient expansion from the inner layer to the outer one with the expansion ratio of 1.5 to 4 times. Also disclosed is a method of producing non-woven multi-layer electric-wire material.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of multilayer electro-strand materials capable of effective disposal of surfactant residues during rinsing after machine washing and active resistance to material wear.
