SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, medical diagnostics, patient case histories and to medical information systems supporting clinical solutions. Disclosed is an automated system for supporting medical solutions in a combined pathology, comprising an interface unit, an input data unit in an electronic medical history format, a decision storage unit for each of the therapeutic areas, a computing unit, an input inconsistency check unit, a decision issuing unit, a treatment recommendation unit, wherein the interface unit is configured to receive data from the clinician, or from databases with electronic disease histories, or from "large data" storages, wherein the interface unit is configured to exchange data with the input data unit, the decision issuing unit and the unit recommendations on treatment, wherein the input data unit is in the electronic medical history format with the possibility of transmitting the input information to the computing unit and storing the reference models of various diseases corresponding to different human organs and systems, wherein the input data unit is configured to transmit data to the verification unit for inconsistency of the input data, and the computing unit is configured to recalculate weight coefficients attributed to the symptoms or features for each disease of a specific organ or system of the human body, and scores for specific diseases, wherein the interface unit, the input data unit and the contradiction checking unit, the decision storage unit, the computing unit, the decision issuing unit, the treatment advice unit are configured to operate on calls and/or in remote areas and/or in emergency situations without stable Internet access, unit for issuing decisions is configured to output information on all reference histories of diseases with identification of signs or symptoms detected during examination of a patient, or output of information on those reference diseases in which there are common signs or symptoms with data obtained during examination, and with possibility of comparing each reference disease model with entered patient examination data; analyzing adequacy of examination data for determining diseases; requesting additional examinations if it is impossible to determine the disease or prescribe a treatment plan; grouping diseases by organs or systems of the human body, wherein the treatment recommendations unit is configured to obtain data from the input data unit and the decision making unit and output the optimal treatment plan to the interface unit.
EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of diagnosis and treatment, efficiency of medical personnel, including in extreme situations.
