FIELD: medicine; data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical decision support system. System contains computers of automated workstations of experts, to the inputs of which an information processing unit is connected, a module for forming a conformity matrix "vital characteristics of the patient – degree, stage, risks of the disease", module for formation of matrix of compliance of diagnosis with elementary clinical recommendations, module for formation of matrix of compliance "vital characteristics of patient – contraindications and side effects of drugs" and a module for forming interaction rules of preparations, the inputs/outputs of which are connected to the corresponding outputs/inputs of the information input module, computers of automated workstations of experts are connected via a communication channel to a server to which a memory unit is connected, with a database and a knowledge base recorded therein, server through a replication and data transfer module via a second communication channel is connected to a cloud server with a connected memory unit with a replica of a database and a knowledge base, cloud server is connected via a third communication channel to a medical information system server, to which personal computers of automated workstations of doctors are connected, module for inputting study parameters, a module for forming medicinal preparations prescribed by doctors, module for harmonization of medical information system directories with drug register database directories, module for automatic construction of a clinical image of the patient's condition, a module for establishing a diagnosis of the patient, module for determining elementary recommendations corresponding to the patient's diagnosis, a module for generating recommended medicinal products, a drug therapy duplication control module, a drug interaction results generation module, a contraindication and side effects generation module, and a report generation module. Information processing unit includes a memory module with drug register data and instructions for their use, module for determining parameters of vital characteristics and their processing, memory module with data of normative-reference information, a module for forming ontological structures and a module for processing and harmonizing instructions and clinical recommendations. Memory unit with a database and a knowledge base includes a memory module with vital characteristics parameters, a memory module with ontological structures formation rules, memory module with rules of compliance "vital characteristics of patient – degree, stage, risks of disease", memory module with rules of compliance of established diagnosis with elementary clinical recommendations, memory module with rules of compliance "vital characteristics of patient – contraindications and side effects of drugs", and memory module with rules of applicability of drug interaction.
EFFECT: faster and more reliable formation of medical solutions by differentiating access to databases and using several servers.
