SUBSTANCE: microsystem (10) for tuning frequency of clock oscillation generator, comprising wheel-inertia unit (20), including eccentric disbalance (22) and gear rim (21) and installed with possibility of rotation relative to substrate (60) of microsystem (10), which includes drive, actuating first active pawl (38) intended to drive gear rim (21), and gear rim (21) fixing device in position, wherein said drive is thermomechanical drive (30), converting light energy flow into movement of far end (380) of thermomechanical drive (30), on which first active pawl (38) is installed, or which directly controls movement of first active pawl (38), wherein microsystem (10) can be built in clock (1) containing crystal (2), which can transmit radiation with a predetermined range of wavelength and transmits light beam (3) for adjustment of microsystem (10).
EFFECT: disclosed is a mechanism for tuning frequency of clock oscillation generator.
