FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: method of balance-spiral assy oscillation frequency. This method consists in removal of material, and/or addition of material, and/or displacement of material on component with the help of one appropriate means. The latter comprises laser or plasma source for micro processing, and/or micro smelting of said component, and/or, as far as one added material is concerned, for evaporation, and/or ablation, and/or displacement, and/or building up of one added material on said component under effects of at least one pulse of aforesaid means. Note here that said one pulse is controlled by appropriate control means designed to generate, to set pulse train repetition order, to interrupt said pulse of at least one aforesaid means. Note also that said control means can control the displacement of at least one beam irradiated by at least one of aforesaid means. Note that said control means are connected with measurement or comparison means, are automatically controlled by the latter.
EFFECT: dynamic adjustment of micromechanical components.
