SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Boiler plant is equipped with air flow rate controller supplied for preliminary heating into condensing surface heat exchanger connected to natural gas flow rate sensor to boiler and control element installed on pipeline of air supply to condensation surface heat exchanger, and flow rate controller of outgoing combustion products, supplied via bypass gas duct to condensation surface heat exchanger, connected to temperature sensor of heated in condensation surface heat exchanger and control element installed in bypass gas duct in front of condensation surface heat exchanger.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of boiler plant operation reliability.
