SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in natural gas-firing boilers. The boiler unit comprises a steam boiler with a firebox and a drum, a steam superheater, a water economizer, an air heater, a condensation surface heat exchanger, a collection of water vapor condensate from the exhaust combustion products with a hydraulic seal and a separation droplet eliminator sequentially installed in the gas duct after the air heater in the direction of movement of the exhaust combustion products, a recuperative heat exchanger installed in the gas duct in front of the smoke exhauster, a continuous blowdown expander, a pipeline for the continuous removal of blowdown water from the boiler drum into the continuous blowdown expander, a steam line for removing secondary water vapor from the continuous blowdown expander into a steam distribution device made in the form of a perforated collector and installed in front of the condensation surface heat exchanger, a pressure pipeline for supplying concentrate from a continuous blowing expander to a recuperative heat exchanger and a tank for collecting demineralized water released in a condensing surface heat exchanger from the exhaust combustion products when they are cooled below the dew point; natural gas is used as organic fuel. The boiler unit is additionally equipped with a surface heat exchanger, the heating path of which at the inlet is connected by a drain pipeline to the discharge path of the continuous blowdown concentrate from the recuperative heat exchanger, and the heated path of the surface heat exchanger at the outlet is connected by an air duct to the inlet path of the boiler air heater.
EFFECT: reliability and efficiency of the boiler unit is increased.
