SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. In the boiler plant operation method, in which feed water, fuel and air are supplied to the boiler, combustion products are formed in the boiler during combustion of fuel and overheated steam is generated, the formed combustion products are successively cooled in a superheater, a water economizer, an air heater, preliminary heating is performed to temperature of 20–30 °C from air before its supply into boiler air heater by part of outgoing combustion products with their cooling below dew point in condensation surface heat exchanger, total flow of outgoing combustion products along main gas duct of exhaust fan is discharged into atmosphere, natural gas is used as fuel, heating is performed to temperature of 35–40 °C From air before its supply to boiler room for heating with total flow of outgoing combustion products with their cooling to temperature of 75–80 °C, exceeding dew point of 55–56 °C at 20–24 °C, in a recuperative heat exchanger installed in the bypass gas duct on the suction side of the exhaust fan.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of boiler plant efficiency.
