FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering and can be used in boiler plants operating on natural gas. To increase the efficiency of the boiler plant operating on natural gas, the total flow of the combustion products of the boiler plant is divided into three streams, one of which is sent to the existing main gas duct, and the other two flows are fed to additional gas ducts, which are located parallel to the existing main gas duct, while in each additional gas duct to cool the combustion products below the dew point of water vapor to a temperature of 38-42C, one condensing surface heat exchanger is placed. In the first heat exchanger, the blast air is preheated to a temperature of 20-30C before it is fed into the boiler air heater, and in the second, atmospheric air is heated to a temperature of 35-40C before it is fed to the boiler shop for heating. In addition, in the design operating mode of the boiler plant at an outside air temperature of (-28) - (- 32) C, equal to the average temperature of the coldest five-day period, 30-35% of the outgoing combustion products are directed into the existing main flue. The first additional gas duct is fed 25-30%, and the second additional gas duct - 45-35% of the outgoing combustion products from their total flow. To increase the temperature of combustion products cooled below the dew point of water vapor in condensation surface heat exchangers, three streams are mixed in the main flue before the smoke exhauster and the total flow of combustion products is carried out at a temperature of 70-75C, which exceeds the dew point of water vapor 45-48C by 25-27C, discharged into the atmosphere.
EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of the boiler plant.
