FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for reconstruction of combined iliac defect. Framework of the abdominal wall is formed with a prolene-vicryl net. Prolene-vicryl mesh is screw-fixed in the wing of the ilium bone by means of three or more titanium anchor needles at distance of 2 cm from each other and from the edges of the operating defect.
EFFECT: method enables effective elimination of extensive postoperative defects.
