FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: base station for allocating resources of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) contains a circuit, which, when operating, selects one parameter combination to be actually used from a set of parameter combinations related to PUCCH resources by means of dynamic signaling, and a transmitter, which, when operating, indicates to a terminal resource settings, including combinations of multiple resources, by means of signaling of a higher level, and indicates to the terminal one selected parameter combination to be actually used.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of allocating resources of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH).
