SUBSTANCE: described result is achieved by the control unit in the base station selecting one combination from multiple combinations of parameters relative to the PUCCH resources. The transmission unit indicates resource settings to the terminal, said settings including multiple combinations, by means of higher-level signalling, and indicates one combination selected by means of dynamic signalling to the terminal.
EFFECT: possibility of allocating the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in the NR while preventing the increase in unproductive downlink control information (DCI) costs.
