FIELD: medicine, remote health monitoring in particular.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of telemedicine remote monitoring of vital parameters of human health, carried out for the purpose of preliminary medical diagnosis, the choice of treatment tactics and methods of recovery of the patient. An invention is proposed that includes a removable central unit with a radio modem unit, a channel selection unit and a microcontroller sequentially connected to each other, as well as a set of non-invasive sensors for measuring vital parameters of human health, an additional set of audio sensors built into the user’s clothing made of a material that fits snugly to the human skin, and the following sequentially connected equipment is introduced into the removable central unit: a spectrogram generation unit, the input of which is connected via a connector to the output of the specified set of audio sensors, a spectrogram analysis unit made with the possibility of pre-entering into it samples of voice spectrograms, sounds of breathing, coughing and sneezing of a person and subsequent digital processing using a convolutional neural network of measurement results obtained from a set of non-invasive sensors and spectrograms of audio signals issued by the internal organs of a person. In this case, the microcontroller is made with an additional input to which the output of the decision-making unit is connected, and with an additional output to which the second input of the decision-making unit is connected, the first input of which is connected to the output of the spectrogram analysis unit.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the range of technical means used in the fight against the most dangerous epidemic emergencies, for example, COVID-19.
