SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automated inspection of human before health-improving programs. Method includes measurement of anthropometric and functional properties of examined person. Values are measured using a software-hardware system. For automation of measurements, using a control panel, monitor and control computer with a system block, equipped with a program. Program performs registration, classification, cross analysis of results, issuing structured conclusion for users. Measurements are carried out in seven steps. At first step obtaining anthropometric data. At second step obtaining functional parameters. At third step obtaining performing ECG. At fourth step evaluating general condition of examined person under hypoxia conditions. At fifth step pulmonary volume is measured. At sixth step hand force is measured. At seventh step functional parameters are measured with load tests using a veloergometer. Measurements are carried out using devices.

EFFECT: method enables accurate, fast and effective automated inspection of a person, selecting correction program by assessing most significant parameters and measurement of both at rest, and in conditions of load testing.
