Method of therapeutic action on scalp with hair consists in exposure to surface of scalp with sinusoidal variable air pressure for a certain period of time, wherein air pressure fluctuations are carried out from the value of atmospheric pressure measured at a given moment in time to pressure value equal to 550 mm Hg, wherein the pressure drop time is 5 s and the pressure balancing time to atmospheric pressure is 5 s, and the duration of exposure is 20 minutes. Device for the method implementation contains a helmet designed so that to enable close contact of the edge with the scalp and creation of an air layer between the scalp and inner surface of the helmet body, on which the atmospheric pressure sensor and the air rarefaction sensor are attached, connected to the control unit equipped with the control panel and connected to air feed and discharge control unit, connected by pipelines with air pump and throttle valves of atmospheric and rarefied air, mouth anode on upper part of helmet to form common air system.

EFFECT: use of inventions improves microcirculation of scalp.
