SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment. A method of treating systemic blood flow disorders in microvessels involves the exposure to oscillatory motions of a flat surface with a patient lying on it. According to the method, a lying surface consisting of three sections with independent positional fixation and provided with a function of transmitting a continuous therapeutic effect of oscillatory movements in two modes is used. First mode of continuous back-and-forth movement around the transverse axis of the surface for lying with a frequency of harmonic oscillations of 0.03 Hz with a given motion sequence algorithm, with a duration and an angle of deviation of the flat surface from the horizontal position set by the operator, wherein maximum angle of deviation of lengthwise axis makes 18.5 degrees, time of continuous operation is not more than 24 hours. Second mode of continuous amplitude-modulated oscillatory movements with frequency of 0.1 + 0.025 Hz, set by continuous cyclic back-and-forth movement around the transverse axis with acceleration for 2.5 seconds until reaching maximum speed, followed by deceleration by the end of the fifth second and simultaneous beginning of a new cycle of back-and-forth movement around transverse axis to specified angle of deviation of longitudinal axis, duration of continuous movement is set by number of continuous cycles, total time of continuous operation is not more than 24 hours, maximum angle of deviation of longitudinal axis is 18.5 degrees. Disclosed is a device for treating systemic blood flow disorders in microvessels.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of therapeutic action due to continuity and additional modes.
