FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separator suitable for aluminium electrolytic capacitor, as well as to aluminium electrolytic capacitor using this separator. Separator contains 20–80 wt. % of milled hydrate-cellulose fibres having CSF value from 0 to 500 [ml] and 20–80 wt. % of milled hydrate-cellulose fibres having CSF value from 1 to 500 [ml], which is increased, and CSF value X [ml] and tear resistance index Y[mN * m2/ g] of the separator are within ranges meeting the following formulas: 0≤ X ≤ 300, 15 ≤ Y≤ 100, Y ≤ 0.175X–2.5.
EFFECT: invention enables to produce a separator having excellent tear resistance, continuity and impedance characteristics.
