FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an oligonucleotide complex for mammalian cell delivery and can be used in molecular medicine. Disclosed method involves mixing a solution of the corresponding oligonucleotide with a carrier solution in a certain ratio and is characterized by that an aqueous solution of the oligonucleotide with concentration of 2.0–25 mcg/ml is mixed with an aqueous solution of dextrane with mol. with mass of 65–70 kDa with concentration of 2.0–2.5 mg/ml, obtained mixture is mixed and exposed to radiation with high-energy electrons beads in dose 2.5–10 kGy.
EFFECT: disclosed is a novel effective method which enables to simplify and reduce the duration of producing said oligonucleotide complex.
