SUBSTANCE: catalyst is a material of crystalline oxyhydroxide-molybdotungstate of metal of formula: (NH4)aM(OH)bMoxWyOz, where a is in range from 0.1 to 10; M is a metal selected from Mg, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and mixtures thereof; b ranges from 0.1 to 2; x is in range of 0.5 to 1.5; y is in range from 0.01 to 0.4; where sum (x + y) should be ≤1.501; z is a number which corresponds to the sum of valencies a, M, b, x and y; wherein the material has a powder X-ray diffractogram showing peaks at d-distances listed in Table A: Table A
