FIELD: smoking accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of new technologies of cigarettes, in particular to a needle heater, a method for its production and to an electrically heated cigarette with a needle heater. Needle-type heater comprises needle-shaped heating housing and heat-generating element, wherein heating housing of needle-like shape comprises conical cap and main part of heater, connected to lower part of conical cap, wherein the heat generating element is attached to the main part of the heater by means of the coating application method using printing, wherein the length of the needle type heater is from 8 mm to 35 mm and the diameter of the needle type heater ranges from 0.6 mm to 3 mm.

EFFECT: considerable reduction of heater diameter for better combination with existing cigarette structure; high thermal efficiency, faster heat transfer and high resistance of the heating element to oxidation; better combination of several types of heaters with existing cigarette structure, absence of significant modifications of existing equipment, low cost of cigarettes; easier insertion of the needle-type heater into the cigarette, which reduces variation of the tobacco density in the cigarette during the insertion into the cigarette and ensures uniformity of tightening and resistance to tightening; high strength, high temperature resistance, easy to clean and can operate at high temperature for a long period of time; heating of ends and inner part of tobacco product takes place simultaneously due to design of heater base and needle type heater in electric rod in comparison with prior design, so that heating is largely sufficient, and addition of auxiliary insert makes it convenient to introduce tobacco product for binding with heater of needle type, which is convenient for use by user.
