SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol generating device with electric heating. Aerosol-generating device with electric heating comprises a heating unit for heating aerosol-generating substrate in order to form an inhaled aerosol and comprising a heater and a heater holder, wherein the heater is made substantially in the form of a blade for insertion into the aerosol-forming substrate, has length of 10 mm to 60 mm, width of 2 mm to 10 mm and thickness of 0.2 mm to 1 mm and comprises electrically insulating heater base and electrically resistive heating element supported by heater base, and via hole is formed along heater thickness, wherein heater holder performs structural support of heater and makes it possible to place heater inside aerosol generating device, and heater holder is formed from moulded material, which is moulded around part of heater and passes through said via hole for connection of heater with heater holder.

EFFECT: technical result is prevention of excessive movement of heater inside heater holder, which helps to prevent breakdown of coupling unit between heater and heater holder.
