FIELD: power energy.
SUBSTANCE: environmentally friendly and cost-effective methods and installations for generating thermal and mechanical energy. The energy-technological complex for the generation of thermal and mechanical energy includes a power plant (1), which operates according to the scheme of a compressor-free combined-cycle gas turbine, and is also designed to generate electrical energy by a generator connected to a steam-gas turbine, and with the ability to cool the exhaust gases until water and carbon dioxide condenses from them, a cryogenic air separation plant (ASP) (2), configured to supply oxygen, liquefied natural gas and liquefied nitrogen to a power plant (1), a coal mine (3), the ventilation system of which is connected by an air supply line (5) to ASP (2), while the power plant (1) is also connected by a line (8) for supplying electrical energy to the coal mine (3) and a line for supplying electrical and/or mechanical energy to the ASP (2). The power plant (1) is additionally connected by a condensed carbon dioxide supply line (9) to a coal mine degassing system (3), which includes a pipeline for injecting carbon dioxide into the developed coal seam through at least one well. The method of operation of the energy process system is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of complex by increasing the amount of extracted natural gas (methane) from the coal seam of a coal mine, as well as reducing energy costs for supplying pure carbon dioxide with high pressure directly from the power plant.
