FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of a mixing head intended for production of filling compositions of fast-reacting components, particularly polyurethane components, and can be used in chemical, light and other industries. Mixing head includes a housing and a mixing cup, inside which there is a rotor, consisting of a set of discs, each of which has an ellipse shape, before a set of sections having an ellipse shape, additionally set of sections consisting of cylindrical discs with perimeter teeth, wherein each of the following cylindrical discs is installed with angular displacement of teeth relative to previous one with possibility of changing angular displacement and ratio of lengths of sets of sections from 2/1 to 1/2.

EFFECT: providing the required quality of the composition by increasing the efficiency of mixing, dispersing and homogenizing the components.
